From September 8, 2025, Bex’s gastronomic scene will be enriched by a new address with the opening of the Vins sur 20an innovative and welcoming wine bar imagined by Marie Robert, the chef at Café Suisse, and sommelier Célia Giotto. Vins sur 20 was born from the meeting of two passionate women, Marie Robert and Célia Giotto, both keen to offer a unique oenological experience where Swiss wines take center stage. The menu focuses on Switzerland, with atypical wines from small, often hard-to-reach estates, carefully selected by Célia Giotto and Arnaud Gorse, Marie Robert’s partner and sommelier at Café Suisse. Marie Robert explains: “Célia and I have known each other for a long time, our families being very close. Our shared passion for the restaurant business and the pleasures of the table naturally brought us together. Célia has always wanted to create a meeting place for epicureans, wine lovers and bon vivants. As for me, the idea became obvious as I gained experience.
