A table d’hôtes from Geneva

This exceptional table d’hôte will soon be set up on the Quai Gustave Ador. The backdrop? The emblematic Neptune and the Jet d’eau. Accommodating up to 100 guests per service, this invitation to unlikely encounters is an unforgettable culinary experience in the heart of the city of Calvin. The principle is simple: five lunches, five dinners prepared by five chefs: on the first evening, chef Alba Farnos Viñals of the Gram restaurant in Renens, chef Serge Labrosse again in the spirit of Ginguette on Thursday the 15th, the dinner presided over by Sébastien Ripari in collaboration with El Catrin, Chez Piaf and La Bonbonnière on Friday 16th, Tamara Hussian of the restaurant Anouch on Saturday 17, and to finish on a high note, Bérengère and Bertrand Lutaud, the tandem from restaurant Yeast on August 18th.
