Things are definitely happening in Geneva and Le Patio is no exception to the rule. To officially kick off the autumn season, the famous Boulevard Helvétique bistro is offering a menu entirely devoted to mushrooms, prepared by chef Rodolphe Estiot-Braud, on Friday September 27. First, you’ll succumb to the temptation of a chanterelle tartare followed by a cep and yellowtail carpaccio. The feast then continues with French toast with mutton feet and squab stuffed with blue feet and jus court. Then a brillat-savarin with porcini mushrooms will be served, before the festival ends with a walnut and honey tart with pistachio ice cream. For the occasion, the Patio will be transformed into a modern jazz bar, where saxophone and turntables will intersect with the plates on this magnificent menu.
