A medal for Matière

Another distinction for the restaurant team Matière ! This time, it’s for its cellar. After a meticulous search for the finest bottles by sommelier Lionel Schneider, Matière was awarded the Silver Medal in the Star Wine List in the “Best Newcomer List” category. On the restaurant’s Instagram account, Lionel thanked the wine guide: “A very big thank you to the Star Wine List for this beautiful medal, which rewards our involvement and our passion for making wine known and passed on to our guests. We are proud and happy that this celebration of wine can highlight not only our restaurant, but also the remarkable work of our winemakers”. Congratulations to Marion Ollivier in the dining room and Freddy Garanjoud in the kitchen, who have actively contributed to this new distinction.
