A “Mad Chef” at the Comptoir du Boulevard
After the Sawerdo restaurant & bakery, it’s the Comptoir du Boulevard’s turn to welcome Walter El Nagar. On May 17, the chef from Refettorio Geneva will take the helm of the gourmet counter at 14 boulevard Georges-Favon, with a host of surprises in store. The evening will be one of conviviality and reunion, as Walter El Nagar meets up with Charlotte Hennessy and Romain Bortolotti, who previously worked at Refettorio. Octopus sandwiches, vitello tonnato tartare, onions and white asparagus accompanied by buratta and many other discoveries, the choice will be difficult! All accompanied by wines and cocktails galore. An event not to be missed.
