First things first: what is a Tavolata? Imagine a long, beautiful table around which gourmets gather to share a meal in a convivial atmosphere. For several years now, the cantons of Vaud and Valais have been perpetuating this tradition… and it’s high time our beautiful City of Calvin took up the baton. Under a magnificent summer sun, imagine this famous table set in the heart of the vineyards, bringing together over 400 guests to enjoy a 100% home-cooked meal… all prepared with local produce. In the heart of Troinex, the vineyards of La Pierre-aux-Dames vineyard in the heart of Troinex. In the kitchen, chef Mohammed Ali will be concocting the menu of the day, based on local produce.
