Chefs from Sabi, Matière and Le Décanteur meet in the heart of Kenjiro Kagami's vineyards for an exceptional six-hand lunch and wild tastings.

This event promises to be a unique gourmet experience not to be missed. The luncheon will be held at Kenjiro Kagami’s winery in the heart of the French Jura. At the helm will be three of Geneva’s finest gourmet chefs: “Momo” Muratovic of the restaurant SabiFreddy Garanjoud of Matière and Francesco Mauri of Décanteur. This infernal trio will be proposing a menu to share around a brazier with fine fish and matured cuts of meat. The menu remains a surprise for the moment, but Francesco promises to serve up some cappelletti, Freddy will prepare his pate en croûte and Momo will concoct his diabolical beurre blanc. The event includes Jean-François Ganevat’s wine tasting, aperitif and dinner with wines included (other Jura winemakers will also be present).
