Suahoy’s wafers
Regularly featured in Food Letters, the restaurant Suahoy continues its spicy, gourmet Thai gastronomic journey. It was under a blanket of snow that we went to feast on rue Prévost-Martin, still with the same zest. What could be better than Yuttakan Pongkunsup’s spicy cuisine to brighten up the winter season? An assortment of starters is a must, and we fall for the crispy Goong Grab Buang patty, stuffed with shrimp and pork, which we dip with delight in a sweet and sour plum sauce. A real gourmet treat, just like in Bangkok, to warm your heart and mind.
