You’ve probably noticed… Chef Dominique Gauthier is back behind the stove. More cheerful than ever, he’s rekindling the flame in the brand-new kitchens of the F. P. Journe restaurant at 49 rue du Rhône. It’s a great pleasure to welcome back this worthy ambassador of Geneva cuisine. Very much in tune with his surroundings, he offers an elaborate, generous cuisine with playful flavors. Let’s face it, the Left Bank suits him like a glove. In fact, an article will soon be published to make your mouth water even more. For starters, why not succumb to the crispy, runny-core eggs from Ferme du Lignon, accompanied by a few chanterelles.
