The Bayview

Since his television career on Top Chef, Danny Khezar has been everywhere at once. It’s no surprise to find him back behind the stoves of the Bayview in the Hotel Président Wilson in this, his fourteenth opus. Now that Michel Roth has handed him the keys to his gastronomic restaurant (even if the Meilleur Ouvrier de France still directs the establishment’s culinary symphony), the young chef signs his first menu. His approach is respectful of the restaurant’s philosophy, while adding a light touch of youth, ready to take on the gastronomic establishment. Frogs’ legs with roasted peanuts and wild garlic pesto combine classicism with uninhibited inventiveness. Great tasting!
