Let's head for Versoix, where the Susho restaurant offers a true Japanese refuge at the gateway to Geneva.

If someone had told me that you had to travel all the way to Versoix to enjoy good sushi… And why not? Because, as it turns out, it’s well worth it! When you discover Sushoyou immediately fall under the spell of this small, handkerchief-sized restaurant. As for the service, it matches the cuisine. Orders are taken on a touch-sensitive tablet; in addition to a wide selection of sushi, customers have the choice of sitting at a small four-seat counter or on a few high chairs. In addition to traditional nigiri, such as Bluefin Tuna Otoro or Salmon Toro, uramaki sushi, offering a wide variety of original combinations, is also available. The “dragonball”, crispy shrimp and avocado, topped with melting eel, spiced and flambéed, was a big hit!
