It’s always a joy to return to Morad El-Hajjaji’s gourmet den dedicated to contemporary Indian gastronomy. With attentive service, a spicy menu and a superb wine list, the Inda Bar restaurant continues on its admirable entrepreneurial path. For this week’s Food dish, we’re treated to magnificent prawn tempura coated in a lightly spiced mayonnaise. Translucent cooking, spicy seasoning… all arranged on crisp spinach shoots.
