A young couple has been at the helm of Bistrot de Charlotte since July. Shawnee Pacaud and Thomas Gallet are the happy owners of the restaurant, and their menu features gourmet dishes in tune with the times: burrata, tuna tataki, sea bream ceviche, foie gras, perch fillets and tuna and beef tartars. For a moment on the right bank, let us tempt you with teriyaki grilled salmon.
