Always on the lookout for gourmet novelties, the Three Kids present the Vegitorix.

The Three Kids are back in the Food Letter. Now with two arcades in Geneva, Juliette Russbach, Tourane Morel, Edouard Filliol and Harold Borsinger have their bagel work cut out for them. They present their latest vegetarian creation: the Vegitorix. With falafel, eggplant caviar with chickpeas and tahini, Greek yoghurt with feta, cucumber and parsley, spinach shoots, pomegranate seeds and red onions… you’re sure to be tempted.
