Something new at Swaerdo! Starting this week, the bakery-restaurant on boulevard James-Fazy is launching its click & collect and takeaway sandwiches. From vegetarian sandwiches to omnivore sandwiches to a pulled beef burger in a country-style bun, there’s something for everyone! For the Food Letter, let’s indulge in a katsu sando with breaded chicken, eggs, Chinese cabbage, tonkatsu sauce and Aleppo pepper mayonnaise. The duo is Johanna Bergerat for the recipes and Quentin Naib for the bakery creations.
