Khachapuri

This week, Sawerdo founder Nour Khadam and his head chef Johanna Bergerat present a special Fast Good. A “gastronomic teaser” announcing the forthcoming spring menu, which will feature other galette-based creations, including Khachapuri. A Georgian culinary specialty, this revisited Eastern open calzone is made with feta, Gruyère, an egg and a few pistachios. All made with sourdough dough, of course. This gourmet sin can be enjoyed now at Sawerdō.
