Paris-Brest from Maison Décotterd
Although Christophe Loeffel has more than one trick up his sleeve, this talented young pastry chef also likes to showcase pastry classics. What could be better than a Paris-Brest to warm the hearts of gourmets in search of sweet pleasures? In the gastronomic restaurant, Christophe creates some of the finest sweet creations, such as the kiwi vaudois, ginger and jasmine flowers, or the “Grand Cru” chocolate soufflé tart with cardamom and cinnamon crumble, topped with bourbon vanilla ice cream. At the Bistrot de la Maison Décotterd, the pastry chef proposes a dessert of homemade hazelnut praline, praline mousseline cream and caramelized flaked almonds.
