The head chef of the Michelin-starred L’Aparté restaurant in the heart of Geneva’sHôtel Royal invites us to savor a marvelous dessert featuring chocolate, feuillantine, blackcurrant heart, Sichuan pepper ganache… all accompanied by a refreshing chocolate and blackcurrant ice cream.
