Domaine de Châteauvieux

The sun is finally out. We head back to Domaine de Châteauvieux to enjoy the magnificent terrace overlooking the Geneva countryside. It’s the double Michelin-starred restaurant’s pastry chef, Jason Anaya, who treats us to Dulcey meadowsweet chocolate, glazed with raw almond. An opaline tuile with cocoa nibs, creamy Dulcey ganache, praline and meadowsweet syphon crunch and whole almond ice cream… you won’t be able to resist!
