Destination Caribbean with Little Barrel
For almost ten years, Little Barrel has been cultivating a taste for escape. Romain and Quentin continue the Caribbean spirit of this address, which has become a must for rum lovers. An impressive collection of over 130 references from every continent. A true invitation to travel, extended by a cocktail menu that draws on classics as well as signature creations.
An invitation to the tropics
As a true star of the house, the Zombie remains timeless. Behind its flamboyant allure, with service that approaches showmanship, this great classic of Tiki culture reveals a fruity, powerful balance. With a sumptuous blend of Falernum, Jamaican and Cuban rum, pineapple juice, passion fruit and grenadine, this enticing cocktail is not lacking in character.

For a lighter break, the Fresco plays on other registers. Thyme syrup, cucumber, gin and lemon make up a thirst-quenching cocktail, subtly enhanced with sparkling water. It’s the perfect accompaniment to an aperitif board, to be shared on the terrace for a simple, refreshing moment.
Fresco as a remedy for the heat
This year, with some recent renovations and a change of management, the restaurant offers a comforting menu for the summer, between landmarks and discoveries. Classics have been revisited, such as an Amaretto Sour au siphon or a Peach Colada, with a few house signatures in keeping with the address: warm, well-cared-for and accessible. “Given the tense climate we’ve all been feeling lately, we wanted to offer something soothing and cosy, a real moment for yourself, to sip quietly on the terrace!” sums up Romain.
With these two cocktails, the Little Barrel remains true to its philosophy: to take you on a journey without forcing the issue, and above all without losing sight of the essential. This is an address where you can linger with a glass in your hand, without seeing the time go by, and where you can already promise yourself to come back, even when summer has packed up.
