The chic bistro Au Coin du Bar has found its cruising speed to match its gastronomic ambitions. Enhanced bistro cuisine, a distinguished wine list and refined service... it's all here!

Au Coin du Bar combines all the elements to make this the place to be for gourmets eager for gastronomic comfort. An intimate, discreet place where the team has rolled up its sleeves to offer subtly executed Franco-Italian dishes. Pâté croûte, tartare, ravioli del plin… dishes that marry two culinary cultures and are perfectly suited to this elegant, cosy bistro.

A tale of duets

The room service is not to be outdone in our last observation. The tandem in place impresses with a cheerful and demanding service, executed according to the rules of the art. Vincent Landrevie and Philippe Beaucout never fail to deliver. When rigor rhymes with efficiency, everything seems so easy! However, this notion is getting lost and deserves more than ever to be emphasized.

On the stove side, the tandem of Nathan Cavadini and Filiberto Bresciani raise the gastronomic bar, preserving traditional recipes and techniques, and playing a classic, masterful score. And yet, they’re ready to show that they’ve got what it takes. And while the evening’s tasting is well worth the detour, we can’t wait for these two chefs to perhaps let loose a little more, get carried away and “let the horses go”.
