Domaine Saint-Pierre at Passeur de Vin

The Domaine de Saint-Pierre and its emblematic winemaker, Fabrice Dodane, are charismatic figures in the Arbois vineyard. Passionate and demanding, Fabrice has elevated his domaine to the top of the Jura production scene by practicing organic viticulture inspired by his various tastings with friends. His wines, reflecting the Jura terroir, are imbued with authenticity and integrity. The estate acquired in 2011 currently covers 7.5 hectares in the Arbois and Côtes du Jura appellations. Fabrice Dodane’s ultimate goal is to reveal the uniqueness of each terroir, whether clay-limestone or grey marl, to fully express the potential of each grape variety.

This cuvée is a global vision, for in 2021, with frost not having spared the Jura vineyards, Blanc 2021 is the only white wine made from a blend of Sauvignon and Chardonnay from all the estate’s plots. It is characterized by its purity, combining ripe fruit with pronounced mineral notes. All underpinned by remarkable tension, freshness and salinity.
