It’s a new feature in the Thursday food letter. For this edition, we’re delighted to welcome Malena Azzam from Crémerie Végane in Geneva. The founders, who are sensitive to animal rights, aware of ecological issues, keen to promote a fair economy and advocates of healthy eating, offer a real alternative to traditional cheeses, aiming to win over even the most reluctant consumers with their gourmet delights, and to satisfy the demand of a public already sensitive to ethical issues.
For this major premiere, Crémerie Végane presents Le Tome VII, THE cheese dairy’s flagship product! It’s reminiscent of a Vaudois tomme, creamy and smooth. A vegetal affiné that gains in strength and character after a few weeks’ maturing.
