They’re back in the Food Letter, much to our delight. Who are they? The trio of self-righteous heads who have taken over the reins of the Natürlich restaurant . Director Ilias Tanoudis, sommelier Giuliano Frassineti and chef Alexandru Ionut Isac delight diners in this intimate, softly lit establishment.
