Intimate at l’Aparté
Sometimes the expression “out of sight, out of mind” just doesn’t cut it. It’s been a while since I’ve been back to Armel Bedouet’s restaurant l’Aparté. And despite the passage of time, the gastronomic emotions felt in this handkerchief-sized restaurant are still very much intact. What could be more beautiful than to recount – during the weekly column on Radio Lac – the culinary prowess of a talented and discreet team?
