Discovering Susho
It only takes once to fall under the spell of a restaurant. A tone of voice when making a reservation, a smile on arrival, expertise and knowledge when taking an order. Even if culinary trends and reality TV would have us believe that service takes second place to cooking, believe me, it doesn’t! For a restaurant to work, there has to be skilful coordination between the dining room and the kitchen. You can’t have one without the other. So it’s only natural that the little Susho restaurant in the heart of the village of Versoix should find itself on the airwaves of Radio Lac for this week’s gastronomic chronicle. Rest assured, the cuisine is just as sunny as the service. A wonderful Japanese discovery just twenty minutes from the center of Geneva.
