The Arakel trio
A whole team contributed to the restaurant’s new success Arakel in Eaux-Vives. But it was the members of the trio with whom I had the chance to speak recently who were at the genesis of the project. And as only they know, this adventure was far from a foregone conclusion. In the space of a few months, the guidebooks came to their senses and rewarded this new gastronomic energy on rue Henri-Blanvalet.
As part of my Clap de Faim podcast, it was a pleasure to spend some time with chef Quentin Philippe, Julien Samson and Arakel Sedef. Thanks to them for sharing so sincerely and welcoming us into their restaurant. A moment filled with kindness, anecdotes, emotions and, of course, laughter.
