Yoss Kakinuma, a member of the famous restaurateur family and gourmet instigator of Sando et Saoko, shares his playlist of diverse artists.

A member of the famous Kakinuma family, which owns the Japanese restaurant on rue Henri-Blanvalet, Yoss is a regular feature in the Food section of my Newsletter. He has successfully developed restaurant concepts such as Sando, Saoko and several Temaki bars. This week, he has selected a few songs for us from his new playlist. Happy listening!
