Back to the music at Le Décanteur restaurant, where chef Franceso Mauri welcomes us with brand-new furnishings. The atmosphere is more resto and less apéro. It’s a conscious choice by the chef, who continues to delight the palate with his carefully-crafted transalpine cuisine and an increasingly high-quality wine list.
