Except that I’m taking you to the basement, where Cecilia Flatres welcomes you to a more festive atmosphere, with a meticulous selection of ciders and cocktails. After enjoying a pata blanca crêpe with cured ham from the Alcala brothers in Vaumarcus, mild Gruyère from the Semsales mountain pasture and GRTA organic egg, or a crêpe flambé with pears and a touch of Williamine, let yourself be carried away by the frenzied rhythms of Cassius, The Weeknd, Bronski Beat and Demon. The perfect place for a private party or karaoke with friends ;)
