Lionel Schneider

Former director and sommelier of the Auberge du Père Bise in Talloires, Lionel Schneider did us the honor of setting down his carafes in Geneva, in the company of his wife Marion on the dining room side and Freddy Garanjoud on the kitchen side. If you’ve been following me, you’ll already be familiar with the fine team at Matière, which operates with brio on rue Micheli-du-Crest.
