Geneva-born Léa Charbonney has always had a passion for the world of catering. After working in all departments of the Beau-Rivage Genève hotel – from room service to the kitchens of Le Chat Botté – and studying at the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, she obtained a patent in Geneva while working at the Sauvage Bar.
