Jérémy Verqueire at Agape
Having grown up in a military atmosphere, with his father and father-in-law serving in the army, he feels at home in a brigade. From the Abbaye de la Celle to the Lion d’Or de Cologny, he likes to challenge himself and climb the ladder. In fact, at just 27 years of age, he is now behind the stoves at the Agape restaurant. The freedom he has found in a world shaped by codes allows him to blossom on a daily basis. He transmits his passion for old-fashioned French cuisine and its traditions with revisits that have a single goal: taste. Everything is emotion in the kitchen, and the same goes for his choice of music. His playlist includes such varied tracks as Linkin Park’s “In the End” and Enisa’s “monckingbird”.
