Francesca Fucci’s Playlist

An artist at heart, Francesca Fucci hails from the Puglia region of southern Italy, and has always loved creative environments. From art in general to choral singing, she also turned to cooking, which best unites her passions while offering her a more serene future. By the age of 13, she was already working in her village, and it was at just 16 that she began working seasons in the restaurant trade on the island of Sardinia.

Bold and determined, she climbed the ladder of gastronomy to achieve her dreams and join the kitchens of great restaurants such as the Moma in Rome and Joel Robuchon’s restaurant in Monaco. Finally, it was in Switzerland, at theHôtel de la Paix where, for the past 8 years, she has found her balance behind the stoves of the Fiske Bar.

Throughout her career, she has retained her artistic sensibility, and music is a close companion, whether in her daily life, on her bike, during her set-up, or even when she’s singing herself.
