Fabbrica Pasta chef Enzo Cianci shares his playlist of Italian artists.

Alongside his fellow Goutatoo Chefs, Enzo Cianci recently took part in a gala meal in aid of theAgis Association for the disabled. In partnership with theÉcole Hôtelière de Genève, they raised CHF 12,000. As well as taking part in the A Table pour une cuisine durable competition, working with local produce, Enzo took the time to concoct a magnificent Italian playlist for us.
