Camille Grange is always on the go, running and twirling. At the helm of the restaurants La Micheline (recently awarded a Michelin star) and Gigi Cucina & Bar, this young restaurateur continues to make her way through the maze of Geneva’s gastronomic scene. When she allows herself some downtime, this former graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne lets herself be carried away by Lauryn Hill, Allen Stone or Creedence Clearwater Revivial.
