For our last Monday edition before the Easter weekend, let’s discover the Japanese restaurant Kamome at the Movenpick Hotel in Geneva, under the eye of Daniele D’Angelo. A regular photographer for Philippe Chevrier’s group, he uses his camera to capture the gastronomic worlds of our beautiful City of Calvin. This week, he plunges us into the marvellous world of teppanyaki cooking with this incredible photo that wonderfully highlights the art of the flame.
