The photographer is hitting back with a series of gastronomic photos at the restaurant Pavyllon in the heart of the Hôtel Hermitage. He offers us the opportunity to visually savor a fine tart garnished with yellowtail, tuna, sea bass and wagyu beef, topped with caviar, cockles and soft-boiled eggs.
