After a most studious summer, photographer Guillaume Cottancin continues to roam the gastronomic paths of French-speaking Switzerland in search of culinary photographs. This week, he sets down his lenses at Philippe Chevrier’s Domaine de Châteauvieux and presents us with a series of gourmet photos. Exclusively for the newsletter, he presents us with the image of a supreme of Albi pigeon roasted with beggars, braised chard ribs with chanterelles and vinette thorn juice. The look on this gastronomic creation makes us want to run to the heights of Satigny to taste it without delay!
