Walter El Nagar at Sawerdo

The founder of Refettorio Geneva, Walter El Nagar, is accustomed to bringing in chefs from all over the world. in its solidarity cooking. After having Welcoming, among others, Pascal Barbot, Philippe Chevrier and the Bombar team, it’s “Mad Chef”‘s turn to cook outside his Rue de Lyon ovens.
