It could be the title of an article, or even a portrait. Cyril LignacFrance’s favorite chef and pastry chef, is unstoppable in his incredible expansion in the restaurant world. Far from content to ride the wave of his fame, this hard worker is continuing his entrepreneurial path with brio and foresight, opening two new establishments in the near future. After Saint-Germain in Paris and Mayfair in London, a second Bar des Prés will be opening in Paris on Avenue Montaigne. On the sweet side, in association with his pastry chef Benoît Couvrand, Cyril Lignac opens a second patisserie in the heart of Saint-Tropez. Whether in the capital or in the famous little Var village, we look forward to seeing his new gastronomic addresses in the near future.
