The top-floor terrace of the Royal Savoy Hôtel & Spa in Lausanne reopens for a new summer season.

Le Royal Savoy Hôtel & Spa Lausanne is proud to announce the seasonal reopening of its famous rooftop restaurant, the Skylounge. Located in the heart of Lausanne, this signature restaurant offers breathtaking views of Lake Geneva and the Alps, combined with an exclusive culinary experience. This year, Executive Chef Ludovic Douteau proposes a tour of the Mediterranean: croquetas with Iberian ham, toasted focaccia with Italian yellow zucchini, cauliflower fritters with Greek-style minty tzatziki, kefta brochettes. As for cocktails, make way for unique flavors. Discover the freshness of Mandarine Napoléon at Majorelle Garden, the tangy notes of butterfly pea flowers at Botanist Experience or the smoky taste of mezcal at Paradise Mule… So many ways to enjoy summer on the rooftops.
