The new Café Zinette

Sometimes we have to accept renewal and take the path of change. The owners of Café ZinetteOlivier Foux and Matthieu Mayor, have understood this well, and have just finished renovating their Grand-Lancy establishment. In the company of Francis Bernier, who is making his return to the dining room after a few years behind the counter at Le Bombar (yes, you know him… if I tell you a Los Angeles Lakers cap on backwards), and who will bring enthusiasm, joy and professionalism to the dining room in symbiosis with Bastien Cazuc (former sommelier at restaurant Neptüne). In the kitchen, chefs Alban Mestre and Jérémie Jobard will be serving up, among other dishes, green asparagus / satay / coriander / bottarga, beet gnocchi / feta / dill cream and chocolate crumble / cocoa sorbet / yoghurt espuma. We look forward to (re)discovering this wonderful, typically Genevan bistro.
