The MO Bar revival

Hotel transformations Mandarin Oriental in Geneva. After the highly successful Sachi Japanese restaurant, it’s the MO Bar’s turn to get a facelift. A month’s renovation was necessary, and today this space dedicated to the wildest cocktails reopens its doors with a new, modern and elegant decor. Under the direction of Christophe Pinto, who recently joined the hotel teams as Bar Manager, the MO Bar menu offers a selection of innovative cocktails and mocktails, featuring ingredients with international flavors. Christophe trained as a mixologist in some of the finest Parisian and Swiss establishments, including Le Lutetia, the Intercontinental Opéra, La Réserve Genève, where he stayed for ten years, and the Fairmont in Montreux. There, he will win the title of Best Historical Bar in Switzerland in 2019, and will be a finalist in the Best Barman in Switzerland competition in 2022 at the Swiss Bar Awards.
