Mathieu Lagache and his team have just opened Cave des Halles. On the program: wine, friends and snacks to share at La Halle de Rive.

Long dedicated to “healthy” proposals, this arcade (located just opposite the Bistrot des Halles) has just been transformed into a wine counter under the impetus of Mathieu Lagache. With 170 French and Italian wine references and a special promotion of Geneva and Swiss wines, a short menu of nibbles is also on offer. Planche valaisanne, pata negra Bellota-Bellota, an assortment of cheeses, pâtés en croûte au mètre, terrines de campagne, rillettes aux deux saumons and a fondue moitié-moitié… all from the Halle de Rive merchants and artisans collaborating on this new project. Fans of nuggets and grands crus will also be able to buy bottles of wine to take home and enjoy.
