Susuru at Manor

Rest assured, Fabien Berthet is not entering the food business. Quite the contrary, in fact! But, while he’s busy managing his Susuruestablishment, he also had the idea of offering fresh noodles – made in his own kitchens – for sale in the Asian section of the Manor store in Cornavin. The “all-local” label could thus be affixed to the product. In addition to this new collaboration, Fabien Berthet offers simplified recipes to inspire customers to create their own ramen at home. We congratulate the young restaurateur on this gourmet initiative.
