After Coppet, Paloma Garralda and her partners are soon to open a brand new Simunye at the gateway to Eaux-Vives. An Iberian wind is blowing on the Left Bank...

Be patient, it’s coming soon. At the beginning of November, the team behind Simunye in Coppet will soon be opening a new establishment in place of Restaurant Ragu on Avenue Pictet de Rochemont. While the previous establishment focused on Italian gastronomy, Simunye honors Iberian traditions with a serious touch of modernity. The challenge was great, and it was with great humility that Paloma Garalda, Monica Sanchez Ramos and Luis Sousa Cabral took the plunge and opened in Geneva. With its Genevan cousin, we can expect a subtly festive atmosphere and Spanish sharing dishes that change daily. The program includes a main table in the middle of the restaurant, and from 10.30pm the lights will go down and the sound will go up! See you in November!
