Geneva is on the move, and the old town is no exception. To the delight of fans of club sandwiches, nachos with cheddar and mozzarella or eggs Benedict, the instigators of the first restaurant Marcel in Eaux-Vives are opening a second entity not far from Place du Bourg-de-Four. “We don’t change a winning formula,” says Femke Pivin, who was contacted by telephone for the occasion. It is indeed on the original Parisian model, later adapted to Eaux-Vives, that the duo is inaugurating this new establishment in the heights of Geneva. Open from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., including Saturday evenings, the establishment has a dining room seating around 30 and a terrace seating around 50 for fine weather.
