It’s already been 15 years since Anne-Sophie Pic set down her knives on the shores of Lake Geneva at the Beau-Rivage Palace in Lausanne. To celebrate this anniversary in style, the chef has created a new setting in which guests can discover renewed creativity at the service of uninhibited gastronomy. With Diane Blanche, who orchestrates the dining room as brilliantly as ever, Anne-Sophie Pic proposes a new way of presenting her cuisine, inviting guests to enjoy a new rhythm of tasting through the different areas of the restaurant, and at the same time revealing how her creative beverages are made. Designed by architect Tristan Auerthe restaurant cultivates authentic, raw materials: wood, leather, quartzite, stone… in a soft variation of warm, feminine colors. On the menu, we start with matured Lake Geneva Féra, supported by a vegetable and condiment sauce, before continuing with our famous berlingots garnished with corn and ewe’s milk cheese. For the rest, all you have to do is head for the Olympic capital for a gastronomic highlight.
