The Beau-Rivage hotel has set itself the goal of revitalizing its noble spaces, giving them a new opening onto the lake, while preserving their historic heritage. This autumn, the hotel will evolve in harmony with the demands of today’s clientele. By returning the large terrace to its former configuration, the transformation will pay homage to the building’s original splendor. As for Le Chat-Botté’s Michelin-starred table, it will be reinvented in a new space and a more intimate format. It will feature a private lounge with an opening onto the kitchens. A brand-new cellar will also be built to house the hotel’s prestigious wine collection. Other transformations will mainly concern the common areas: the bar and reception rooms, whose volumes will be completely redesigned, and the terrace. The latter will be considerably enlarged (more than double its current surface area) and will be spread over three continuous areas: firstly, the bar area, in the middle a brand-new restaurant and, at the far end, an area accessible from the reception rooms and available for private events. Among the major new features, the establishment is preparing to welcome a spa with swimming pool and fitness room.
